Full Body Circuit Training

In this energizing circuit class, you'll rotate through a variety of strength and conditioning exercises, using weights suited to your individual fitness level. Full Body Stretching

Buns & Guns Sculpting
Join our Buns & Guns Fitness Class, expertly led by a trainer to sculpt and strengthen your arms, legs, and glutes. Tailored to all fitness levels, this dynamic class ensures everyone achieves their personal best while enjoying a supportive environment.
Dynamic Core and Mobility

• Participants will register for classes they plan to attend each week.
• Participants can text or call (321) 750-5628 / (321) 750-5629 if they have questions pertaining to registration.
• Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible as each class will be limited to 8 slots.
• If class slots are filled at the time of registration, a waitlist slot will be generated based on order of registration.
