All classes are designed to allow each participant to exercise with the weight and pace that best suits their current fitness level. Whether you are a beginner or experienced athlete these classes will provide a challenging and fun fitness experience.

Full Body Circuit Training

Experience a dynamic, full-body workout with timed stations designed to challenge all major muscle groups. In this energizing circuit class, you'll rotate through a variety of strength and conditioning exercises, using weights suited to your individual fitness level. The focus is on improving overall strength, enhancing muscle tone, and building lean muscle mass—all at your own pace.

Full Body Stretching

Experience our Full Body Stretching Class, designed to enhance flexibility and improve posture in a serene gym atmosphere. Focus on deep muscle relaxation and mindful breathing, ensuring a rejuvenating session that not only revitalizes your body but elevates your overall fitness journey.

Buns & Guns Sculpting

Join our Buns & Guns Fitness Class, expertly led by a trainer to sculpt and strengthen your arms, legs, and glutes. Tailored to all fitness levels, this dynamic class ensures everyone achieves their personal best while enjoying a supportive environment.

Dynamic Core and Mobility

Elevate your fitness with our Dynamic Core & Mobility class, designed to strengthen your abdominal and back muscles while sculpting your midsection. Experience improved stability and enhanced performance, ensuring you stand out in your fitness journey with a powerful core.

• Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible as each class will be limited to 8 slots.

• If class slots are filled at the time of registration, a waitlist slot will be generated based on order of registration.
