All classes are designed to allow each participant to exercise with the weight and pace that best suits their current fitness level. Whether you are a beginner or experienced athlete these classes will provide a challenging and fun fitness experience.

Class Description
Full Body Circuit Training
Experience a dynamic, full-body workout with timed stations designed to challenge all major muscle groups. In this energizing circuit class, you'll rotate through a variety of strength and conditioning exercises, using weights suited to your individual fitness level. The focus is on improving overall strength, enhancing muscle tone, and building lean muscle mass—all at your own pace.
ZUMBA®
A high-energy dance fitness party set to Latin and world rhythms! This class blends cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility with easy-to-follow moves that feel more like a celebration than a workout. No dance experience needed—just bring your joy and let the music move you!
ZUMBA® Toning
Turn up the burn with Zumba Toning! Using light hand weights, this class combines Zumba’s signature dance moves with strength training to target arms, abs, and thighs. It’s perfect for those who want to dance their way to a more sculpted body—without sacrificing the fun.
CRCL Mobility
Stretch, strengthen, and move better in every direction. Circle Mobility is a restorative class that focuses on improving joint health, flexibility, and range of motion using dynamic stretches and breathwork. Great for all fitness levels and especially beneficial for recovery and injury prevention.
STRONG Nation®
This isn’t a dance class—it’s a high-intensity workout synced to the beat of powerful music. STRONG Nation® combines bodyweight training, cardio, and plyometric movements for a total-body challenge that pushes you to go further. Each beat drives your next move, and each move drives your results.

Power Mobility
Move better, feel stronger! Power Mobility blends dynamic stretching, controlled strength work, and bodyweight exercises to improve flexibility, joint health, and total-body control. Great for all levels, this class helps unlock tight muscles and build functional strength to support your daily movement and workouts
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
A time-efficient, beginner-friendly workout that alternates short bursts of movement with brief recovery periods. HIIT boosts your heart rate, burns calories, and builds strength—all in a fun, supportive setting. Modifications are always provided, so you can work at your own pace and feel successful every step of the way.

• Participants can text or call (321) 750-5628 / (321) 750-5629 if they have questions pertaining to registration.
• Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible as each class will be limited to 8 slots.
• If class slots are filled at the time of registration, a waitlist slot will be generated based on order of registration.
