  • How do I join Concierge Fitness?

    At Concierge Fitness there are no reoccurring membership fees or annual dues. Our guests book their private session(s) when their schedule allows, and they only pay for those session(s). This model allows our guests to get the largest return on their investment.

  • When I book a session, how does the process work?

    1. Sessions are booked online at www.conciergefitnessfl.com via computer or mobile device.


    2. Clicking on the scheduling tab allows guests to choose the date and time they want to exercise.


    3. After selecting a date and time and making their purchase, the guest will receive a confirmation email and a facility use waiver.


    4. Once the waiver is electronically signed and returned, the guest receives their unique access code to the facility.


    That’s it! Now the guest is all set for their session. When booking future sessions, guests will simply complete steps 1 and 2.

  • Does Concierge Fitness accept payment from insurance providers?

    Yes. Concierge Fitness has partnered with American Specialty Health (ASH) to accept insurance

    payments from providers across the United States through the Active & Fit and the Silver & Fit programs. 


    Depending on a person’s insurance policy, guests may be able to book sessions at a

    discounted rate through their insurance. 

  • If my insurance provider is a partner, how can I book sessions using my insurance?

    The following steps will get you set up for discounted rates through accepted insurance providers. 


    1. Call your insurance company’s customer service team to confirm they are official partners with American Specialty Health (ASH).


    2. If they are a partner, they will walk you through the simple registration process and provide you with the direct contact information for American Specialty Health.


    3. Once registered, session packages will be purchased through American Specialty Health. Guests will not need to book anything on the Concierge Fitness website if registered with their insurance provider.


    4. When a person purchases their sessions, the final step is to call Concierge Fitness and schedule their private workout sessions. 


  • How does Concierge Fitness clean the facility to maximize guest safety?

    Guest safety is our top priority. To combat germs, bacteria, and fight things that could negatively impact

    our guest’s health, including COVID -19; we clean our facility after each session to ensure all guests can workout in a clean environment. We use sanitizing wipes and microbial disinfectants to ensure all equipment, restroom, and features are sanitized and prepared for the next guest to use.

  • I haven’t exercised in a while and I’m not sure where to begin. Can Concierge Fitness help me?

    Absolutely! This is a very common scenario for many people. Life presents challenges and

    responsibilities that often cause people to put their own health and fitness on pause to take care of others. We offer no cost consultations with a professional, licensed certified personal trainer to discuss your fitness goals and how Concierge Fitness can help guests meet those goals.

  • The website only let’s me book one session at a time. How can I book a multi-session package?

    To book a package for multiple sessions the guest would need to call Concierge Fitness at 321-750-5628 or 321-750-5629. Our representatives will be able to schedule your sessions and send you an electronic invoice for secure payment processing. 

  • If I book a multi-session package, do I have to schedule all of my workout days upfront?

    Our goal is to make the session booking process as convenient as possible. Guests do not have to schedule all their package sessions on the front end, but we highly recommend it. By locking in your session dates upfront, it guarantees your time is available and no one else books that time before you can. If a session needs to be rescheduled please call 321-750-5628 or 321-750-5629

  • Can guests bring friends or family with them during their scheduled workout session?

    Yes. We understand many enjoy working out with others and encourage our guests to do so if they choose. There is a 5-person limit during each workout session. 


    No sitter to watch the kids? That’s ok too! Bring them with you and they can hangout watching Disney+, Netflix, or any of the other options available on our 70inch smart TV! Adults can workout and the kids are entertained while being supervised in a safe clean environment.

  • How much does it cost to bring additional people with me to my workout session?

    Believe it or not, the advertised price is the price! We do not increase the cost per session based on the amount of people working out during the session. Whether it’s 1 person or 5, the price per session does not change! Guests who come with friends often split the cost of the session amongst themselves or

    alternate who pays from session to session. This has made it extremely affordable for all budgets to enjoy the luxury private sessions at Concierge Fitness!
